ell & cee is a luxury lounge and lingerie brand….
ell & cee is looking for a studio assistant to work full time in our Whitstable (Kent) based office. This role requires a conscientious and driven individual with the ability to work alone and also part of a team.
This role requires great organisational skills to assist with the day to day running of our studio, and will not include any design responsibilities.
duties & responsibilites will include:
- manage stock levels & manage mid-season stock ordering
- responsible for processing orders both wholesale & retail, and dispatching
- preparation for production by ordering components and fabrics
- collating sales data, & maintaining & developing sales databases & records
skills:
- excellent communication skills both written & oral
- good knowledge of microsoft word, excel & outlook
- highly organised & able to juggle several tasks simultaneously
- fashion / retail knowledge or experience would be advantageous
